How to choose the correct underwall stoptap - do I need CXC of FXF for the pipe to fit?

If you are using traditioal spindle type underwa;ll stop taps for your bath or shower first check what pipe will be installed - generally it will be copper or a newer composite type pipe. For copper piping choose a CXC configuration (copper to copper) as this ships with na compression nut that allows easy fitting of the copper pipe. For composite pipe it is better to take a FXF (femalee by female) design as this allows you to fit an adaptor to the tap that is suitable to install for the specific piping you are using.
