We accept returns on any item for up to 60 days.

Please note that returns requested by customers need to be in a re-saleable condition i.e. – the item must be in good working order and packaging must be intact. (If packaging is damaged but the item is still in good condition we will still accept the return and re-package the product for a small repackaging fee – the fee is small but will vary depending on the product and its size

How do I return my purchase?

Instead of having to fill in a boring paper based returns form please just e mail us with the items you want to return and the order number or invoice number, or a copy of one of those documents. We will then contact you to organise the return

Who pays for the return delivery?

Provided the return is from major centre we pay. If it’s from an outlying area we will confirm with you before collection the cost of return.

What if the item I bought is faulty?

BuildSaver ensures that all products are of high quality when they are shipped to customers. However, should it happen that your item is defective then please contact us. A replacement item will be sent to you accordingly. Should it happen that we are out of stock, then you will be contacted by Customer Service, and you will be provided with store credit or refund, or an alternative product if you wish.
